Infection. Finally

I was finally able to watch SGA!!! YAY!!! The wait was worth it!
I really liked it!!! It had all the things that makes an episode good. Team. Wraith. Todd. Lorne. Plot. Continuity. And, of course, hot Shep. Even Keller being there didn't make the episode less enjoyable. Except for that scene. I don't thing massage is the most important thing to do when in the middle of a crisis, but that's just me. It they hadn't shown anything we would all be asking where the hell that Brain Storm thing went. So there it is. They are still a couple.
A little whump lost opportunity, dammit. But I loved the part when Todd advances and Shep doesn't even flinch. *explodes in GUH*
Of course the treatment would have side effects. We all saw that coming. I mean, who would want to finish the wraith once and for all with a little bug that makes them nice? Bad idea. If they don't feed on humans they'll eat us. With teeth instead of slits on their hands. We're still food.
I wonder what Todd will do now that his hive was totally lost. Also, I totally saw that hive thing coming. For a long time I wanted to write a fic in which a hive ship gets sick, but never got around to do it.
But what I really liked was the John and Todd relationship. I love how John really thinks he owns Todd nothing. What happened in Common Ground stayed in that episode. They saved each other in that occasion and they were done. John freed Todd and gave him back his life and hive, Todd gave John his life back in return. They don't own each other anything. In fact, John was the one that always kept to his word while Todd was always double crossing them. Todd was just stupid when he took the treatment, and even more when he distributed to his hive. He can't blame Atlantis for that.
I want to know what will be of this storyline now. Will they pursuy it in the last few episodes? I have no idea. Unspoiled here.
In forgot to say that my mom watched Continuum. xD She really liked it. She doesn't follow the show religiously, but she likes it very much indeed. There's just something incredibly cool about talking about aliens, alternate timelines, and time travel logic with your mom. She liked Ba'al. She had seen him a couple of times but just passing, because she missed the last few seasons. She misses Jack and the Goa'uld too. Thanks to her, I'll think of my uncle everytime I see Ba'al now. She said he looks exactly like him. I had never thought about it, but he really does. Almost his clone xD. Except for the body.
