x_erikah_xMy holiday was extremely boring. I just stayed home without my laptop, all the time trying to stay online on my phone. Stupid service was intermitent at best most of the time.
New year finally officially started in Brazil. In here we have a saying that the year only starts after Carnaval. Classes will start on Saturday. Relief! Finally I'll have something to do!
My boredom was the trigger for me to do something that I've been wanting to for a long time. I've planned it since last year, but money has been short. The fact that my sister is now working in a department store does not help. At all. And she is evil enough to tell me all the sales, special days with insane discounts and new products that arrive. Damn her!
On Monday they held a sale and my sister said they would have 10 Samsung LCD TVs (and only 10) for a price that made me want to scream in frustration. She said that she could reserve one for me if I wanted and that the sale would help her a LOT with reaching her quota. Then my mom decided to be evil and offered to buy it in her credit card and that I only had to start paying in July when I could, if I could. Damn her for being such an amazing mom! I'll try very hard to pay her back if I manage to fill my day off with extra classes.
And now she just called saying my sister said my TV and DVD player has arrived at the store and that she is going to pick them up and also bring me lunch! Awesome mom or what?
