I only celebrate Christmas. We always have Christmas dinner and exchange presents on Christmas 24th (it's not the 25th in Brazil) and we rarely wait till midnight to exchange presents. My family and some of the extended family don't like turkey so we usually have roasted chicken (which we love) and on occasion pork too (not huge fans, but we like it better than turkey - and I used to be allergic to pork). In my family we very rarely buy presents for each other, but that is slowly changing as our finantial situation starts to get better. This year I have presents for everyone, except for my nephew as I'm thinking whether I give him a toy (which he would love) or clothes (which he desperately needs).
