Help Brazil Auction
Jan. 15th, 2011 10:51 amI guess most of you must have heard about the floods here in Brazil that already killed over 500 people and buried entire cities in mud.

helpbrazil2011 is holding a fandom auction to help and this is my thread. I wish I could do more to help. I barely even watch TV anymore because of work and every time I turn it on they have a larger number of deaths.
I'd ask that any bidder also reply to this post with the bid confirmation/receipt/screencap or send me a PM. If you choose to PM, leave a reply telling me about it because LJ can sometimes forget these things.
I'm offering to make an icon for each bidder and 1 icon for each $1 to the top bidder.

Dec. 31st, 2010 10:02 pmI'm sorry if I've been quiet lately. My internet is worse each day and I'll be spending a few days in my mom's which means it'll get worse before it gets better. 3G is nearly non-exitent here.

Kill me now please. The only Christmas present I got was the flu from my sister and nephew. I spend a good part of the day yesterday in bed and barely able to lift my head to drink water. And I still have to go out to buy medicine. I took the last pill yesterday. =(
I've never been so miserable before. Can anyone send Ronon over to shoot me?
Meanwhile, I'll have to wait at least a day until I can watch Doctor Who. I would definitely make me feel better. Instead, I'm stuck on my couch watching beach football. Brazil vs The World. Very nice! Oooooooh! We just scored again!!!!

Last Sunday I bought porn for courtberger (-10 points). In September I signed my organ donor card (28 points). Last Monday on a flight to Colorado Springs, I stole the emergency flight information card (-40 points). Last Tuesday I gave squonk79 a wet willie, then I took it back (-5 points). Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows
Nov. 20th, 2010 12:21 pmI saw it yesterday and will only say that this one is my favorite so far. It was a lot better than I had imagined when I read the book and they didn't leave much out.
The downside were the bunch of fans that were screaming for first ten minutes of the movie and that the two girls beside me were actually counting each step they took in line until they entered. Each. Step. And the fact that they didn't stop chatting over the whole film. Apparently one of them hadn't seen some of the previous movies and wasn't understanding squat about this one.
