Woooooo!!!
Apr. 9th, 2009 12:11 pmI just came back from seeing the apartments. OMG! I found one that is sooooo perfect!!! The only problem is the stairs. It's on the last floor of a small building a block away from where I live now. Four floors of stairs is the hard part, but it's also why I loved it so much.
It's the top apartment of the building and I have access to the roof and it has the most AMAZING sight! It's on the highest part of downtown São Roque, a mountain city in itself. It's right at the heart of the city and I can see everything. I can see the two main churches of the city and the city's main plaza. I can watch the shows down there from way up, without leaving my house. Seriously, I can see THE ENTIRE CITY!!!
The price is negotiable (and it's already more than reasonable) and my mother is going to see if she can lower it even more because of the stairs. Moving is going to be HARD with all those stairs. I don't want to see how we're going to carry the refrigerator and the sofas up. We'll have to buy new beds and a new computer table. And we're going to need help. My bro already said he knows some guys that will definitely want to help out. This place is so close we could almost walk there carrying our stuff, lol.
If I move, I'll be without Internet for a few days *cries*. But hopefully it'll happen soon. *crosses fingers*
I wish I had a camera to snap some pictures. And it's right by the the Igreja de São Benedito. If you click in PONTOS TURISTICOS you can see other turist attractions of my city (the city is famous and receives many, many turists at all times of the year).
